The Pursuit of Reckless Whims

We ruined ourselves, indulging whims, Had a great fondness for carefree whims.  Found real life boring and mundane,  Had a strong desire to live life to the brim. Made many foolish mistakes along the way,  It was now crucial to stop ourselves,  Reached a point where self-restraint was needed,  Now feared the recklessness of the past.
